Jason Raffo is an amazing Service Advisor. He saved me thousands of dollars in repairs by working with Kia to replace a recalled engine. I was so worried about how I was going to get to work and he handled everything. I didn't miss a day of work and didn't spend any time worrying as soon as he took over. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Raffo.

Maria was also great, she was clear, trustworthy and honest which are very important skills for these types of purchase. Aurora was very nice as well as efficient, communicated well with me about part delivery and appointment time for installation. The part was installed within an hr as they had prepared me for in advance. The man who installed the part was very kind and as I watched him work I could tell he knows how to handle tools and get work done….very efficient.

In for regular oil change & rotation. When I got the car back and drove off I saw tires were inflated to 42 psi, had to return to dealership to correct. When I left the second time they were still overinflated to 39 psi. I pulled off road & corrected myself.

The dealership is clean and the cars look well taken cared of. The employees are professional and articulate. So far, I'm happy to be doing business with them.
The steering wheel pulls to the left, and it shakes and vibrates at all speeds, from 0 to 100. You also forgot to properly secure the glove compartment, there is water leaking from the sunroof, and there were noises coming from the air conditioning. The car is impossible to drive. The steering wheel is completely off-center and shaking badly.

This rating has nothing to with the KIA product. My issue is with the dealer not the New Telluride that I purchased. To be a brief as possible.. I purchased a Brand New 2027 Telluride ( X-Pro line ) and as part of the deal I was promised a $750 Loyalty Customer rebate check. After some original confusion I was told the check would be mailed out it just takes time. No problem!!! I waited 4 months only to get a check for $500 instead of the $750 promised. I went in for a faulty A/C on my lease. I left the car there on Sunday and it was ready by Tuesday. I felt the service was satisfactory and was pleased with the outcome. The service advisor was Marcos Capin and he was very helpful.
